All our new and latest projects are structured as social business models that guarantee both their social impact and their sustainability and continuity over time. To this end, we work with experts in innovation, entrepreneurship and social impact as well as with key actors within the communities and ecosystems we serve.
Replicable Models
Each new project is, in addition to an innovative initiative of sustainable social impact, a replicable model of community transformation, with lessons learned and best practices for its implementation in other environments and contexts.
The Challenge: to transform communities from within
Our main challenge is to transform communities from within, empowering their actors as agents of change responsible for the transformation of their communities now and in the future. But at the same time, we must transform communities and their ecosystems. Because if we only transform the actors, they will end up emigrating and leaving their communities in search of spaces with options and opportunities to apply their full potential.

- Experts and key actors for the design, implementation, support, documentation, modeling and replication of the initiatives.
